What do the ticket types mean ?
- Incident : a technical or functional defect
- Problem : systemic incidents of the same type, causing serious disruption
- Question : request for information
- Change : a modification to the way the system works

What information should I provide in the description
Any information you can provide that allows us to independently provide a response. For incidents & problems, it's very useful to provide us the detailed steps we need to take to reproduce the issue. Screenshots are very helpful, and sometimes recorded screen movies are even faster to generate than a long winding email.

Who can log a ticket ?
Our customer with an active Support Contract or customer who purchased a Customer Success Pack with remaining balance, can record a ticket
